Dear Seller,
Season’s Greetings from Amazon Services!
As you gear up for another exciting holiday selling on Amazon.com, we’d like to share some tips that Sellers find helpful. Keeping track of inventory, fulfilling orders and taking care of customers should not be stressful.
  • Manage Listings: Provide as many details as possible about your products. Customers appreciate complete and compellingproduct listings, and more detailed pages can help drive sales.
  • Manage Inventory: Identify your most popular products and make sure you have enough stock on hand. Keep quantities current by checking the Manage Inventory page in Seller Central frequently.
  • Manage Orders: Log into your Seller account daily to stay on top of your orders. Fulfill the orders as soon as possible, since customers expect quick service at this time of year.
  • Manage Shipping: Use shipping solutions available in Seller Central. Just click the “Buy shipping” button next to your ordersto purchase shipping services from USPS and print labels. Allow customers to track their orders by purchasing tracking services at a discounted rate of $0.19 through your Seller account.
  • Manage FulfillmentIf you haven't tried it yet, consider using Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to leave storing, packing and shipping to Amazon while your customers enjoy the benefit of Amazon Prime and FREE Super Saver Shipping. Learn more atamazonservices.com.
  • Manage Returns: Use the new Manage Returns tool to keep track of returns and process them effectively. Quickly approve return requests, issue refunds, close requests and contact customers.
  • Manage Customer Feedback: Regularly monitor your Customer Metrics and Feedback. Meet and exceed customers’ expectations during the holiday season. Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

  1. Sometimes this is what most specialty blogs lack – variety. I think I’ll keep all this in mind so my readers won’t get too bored with all my “attacks” on Filipino culture. LOL.
